Well, we survived Halloween - both days of it. We had school parties and the town spook parade Friday and trick-or-treating Sat.

Thank God it's over - now we have enough candy to last us for the entire year!

Miss Bryanna was an Egyptian princess this year, or as she said the Queen of Egypt. Anyway, she had fun - and Marty did too with the decorating of the house for Sat. (Halloween is for Marty like Christmas is for me, if you can imagine what my front yard looked like - sorry, didn't get any pictures.)

As an additional update, we had our 1st nine weeks P-T conferences on 10/12 - I am happy to report that other than her occassional stubborn streak and some lack of focus, Miss Bryanna is doing pretty well. She had straight A's (10 point scale) - so we KNOW she can do the work, now we just have to help her learn to focus and do it when she's supposed to.
Hopefully (fingers crossed), she will continue to keep this up for the rest of the year - and into the future.
Love ya'll,
Bonni
